My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel truly seen, respected and understood within the full contest of their life experiences, identities and cultures. I provide compassionate and thoughtful therapy to adults navigating grief, aging related transitions, mood disorders and the lasting impact of trauma . Many of the people I work with are coping with loss-of loved ones, health, roles, relationships or a sense of self. Others may feel overwhelmed by depression, anxiety or emotional changes that come with aging and life transitions. Using trauma informed lens I help clients. We will explore how past experiences shape present emotions and patterns.

I enjoy being outdoors with my family and my dog. My happy place is on or in any body of water. I enjoy trying new things-foods, travel, adventure. An ideal morning would be a paddle on a river followed by a coffee date with a cherished friend. I like to appreciate the small wins and accomplishments and always enjoy humor in my daily life. A quick dance break is never turned down.
