Areas of Focus

Holly Lundeen

Billing and Administrative Assistant

Holly was born and raised right here in the countryside of the PNW. In her free time, when she is not being a sports mom (aka a chauffer and coach to her kids), she has her hands full with taking care of her small family farm. She has too many interests and hobbies to keep track of, however she recently has been favoring her newest passion - archery. Her favorite season is whichever one allows her to bake endless yum-yums and curl up with a good book.

Toots

Emotional Support

Toots (AKA Tootsie) is a 5 year old Havapoo who accompanies M most days in the office. If you can't already tell by her eyes, she is a sensitive soul and can be a bit shy to new people. However, she warms up after a few sessions and will be eagerly greeting you before you know it. In her free time, Toots loves to go up to Mt. Hood and to run off leash (she is quite the sprinter!). She too is a foodie and her favorite foods include blueberries, pastrami, and Tillamook cheddar.

Inclusion is not an afterthought  -
it’s foundational to how we practice

We are a body-neutral, HAES®-aligned team committed to creating spaces that feel safe for people in larger bodies, folks with disabilities, and those who have felt dismissed or harmed in traditional healthcare settings. We intentionally move away from weight-centric or “fix-you” approaches and instead focus on care that honors your lived experience, identity, and autonomy. Accessibility, respect, and collaboration guide how we show up in every session.

Let's get you off this rollercoaster of emotions, and find some consistency.
