Fees & Insurance
Hello Me provides individual counseling for adults age 18+
We accept OHP Health Share / CareOregon.
If you have another insurance we are happy to provide you with a monthly superbill which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates will depend on your insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before beginning any service to determine which services may be covered. We are happy to work with you to answer any questions your insurance carrier has regarding therapy.
We are committed to high quality care and try to create consistency for our clients. Hello Me Clinicians typically will schedule a new client for a set time each week that is "your hour" for therapy. We do this so that your therapy time is spent on you and not trying figure out scheduling your next appointment.
Licensed Providers
$225 Assessment

Counselor Associates
$195 Assessment
$195 50 minute session
Your booked session is a time commitment that is made to you and is held exclusively for you. For this reason, if there is a cancellation less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $100 (not billable to insurance). For those that do not call to cancel and do not show, you will be charge a full session fee.
OHP Health Share / CareOregon clients have a different cancellation process which your therapist will talk to you individually about.

10 minute phone call where we help match you to one of our therapists, verify your insurance, & get you scheduled for your first appointment (typically within 7 days).
We offer weekly appointments at a consistent time so that there is no worry about when you will see your therapist next.
Get additional support by joining one of our weekly groups. We offer our Life after Trauma and DBT Group weekly. We also have a 6-week process group called Living Fat for those in fat bodies.
