Hello Me provides individual counseling for adults age 18+.
Consistent Appointments
We are committed to high quality care and try to create consistency for our clients. Hello Me Clinicians typically will schedule a new client for a set time each week that is "your hour" for therapy. We do this so that your therapy time is spent on you and not trying figure out scheduling your next appointment.
Insurance & Fees
All of our therapist accept OHP Health Share / CareOregon. Most of our Licensed therapist are also in-network with Aetna, Pacific Source (Commercial plans only), Moda.
If you have another insurance we are happy to provide you with a monthly superbill which you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates will depend on your insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance provider before beginning any service to determine which services may be covered. We are happy to work with you to answer any questions your insurance carrier has regarding therapy.
Please note that we raise our clinical rates January 1st of each year by $5.
Private Pay Therapy Rates
Assessment: $230
50 Minute session: $230
45 minute group therapy: $55
Therapy Intensives
- For most clients an assessment will first need to be completed prior to receiving an intensive (This can be done virtually).
- Intensives are typically 2-5 sessions in a week totally 2 hours each.
2 Hour session: $430
Late and No-Show Fees
Your booked session is a time commitment that is made to you and is held exclusively for you. For this reason, if there is a cancellation less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $100 for an appointment and $200 for an intensive (not billable to insurance). For those that do not call to cancel and do not show, you will be charge a $150 fee for an appointment or $300 for an intensive.
OHP Health Share / CareOregon clients have a different cancellation process which your therapist will talk to you individually about.
