Megan "M" Lesowski

I have a soft spot for working with therapists and healthcare providers in larger bodies who are craving a more peaceful, compassionate relationship with their health. When you’re used to being the one holding everyone else, it can feel extra vulnerable to ask for support yourself—and I don’t take that lightly.
Our work together is collaborative and steady. We’ll gently explore what’s beneath the surface of the habits or patterns that feel hard to shift, tending to your nervous system along the way. The goal isn’t pressure or perfection—it’s helping you feel safer, more regulated, and more at ease in your body so that health-promoting choices feel grounded and sustainable, not forced.

Trying to figure out how to take care of yourself and live a balance life can feel like an uphill battle.

Our environment, biology, relationships, & experiences all contribute to our ability to function and feel good. With many of my clients, we discuss these factors & how they may make you feel anxious, stuck, or hopeless. It is important that you feel safe to discuss these personal parts. I am trained in various trauma approaches and will collaborate with you.

Finding the right therapeutic match is essential to getting your needs met. I am happy to consult with you to see if I am the right therapist for you. Should I not be the best fit, I may know of another provider or practice that I can refer to you. *Please note that my dog Tootsie is present for all in-office sessions

M is a native Oregonian and gets her nickname "M" from the James Bond character. She enjoys pottery, stain glass, architecture, functional movement, walking, and fiber arts (cross-stitch, quilting, crochet). M is a proud auntie and the Columbia River Gorge is her favorite place for a quick get away. M is a total foodie, and greatly appreciates restaurant recommendations (Bonus points if they allow dogs).

We'd be a good fit if...

  • You are a entrepreneur or health care provider who typically struggles to find a good therapeutic match
  • You typically do well with warm collaborative support
  • You are eager for change and open to trying a brain based therapy
