Grace Manger

Licensed Therapist

Grace moved to Portland from the Midwest over 10 years ago and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She loves baking, crafting, being an Auntie, and going to the river in the summer. She is proud to be queer and is passionate about working with LGBTQ folks, providing weight-inclusive care for disordered eating, trauma, and chronic illness. On a typical weekend, she can be found listening to podcasts nonstop while baking an overly-complicated dessert. She loves any recipe from Claire Saffitz because her level of detail and commitment to taking the extra step is exactly what Grace loves to do.

Zoe Von Dollen

Associate Therapist

Zoe made the move from California to Oregon in 2020 for school and never looked back. She loves rainy days (which helped inspire her decision to move to the PNW) and getting cozy with a good mystery novel. She also has two dogs, Nina and Lulu, that love to sit at her feet while she’s busy baking and cooking in the kitchen. A perfect day for Zoe would involve picking up an iced coffee, browsing at the library, and ending the day with watching her favorite TV shows with her dogs by her side.

Kelsey Knight-King

Licensed Therapist

Kelsey grew up in Lebanon, Oregon; home to the world's largest strawberry shortcake. She is still an English major at heart, and loves to curl up and read with her cat, Agatha Crustie. She does not love gardening, but gardens grudgingly, in order to have unlimited flowers. Other interests include sketching, playing piano, camping, and time with her children.

Allison Howells

Licensed Therapist

Allison was raised mostly in Oregon by two expats from England, as such she enjoys sarcasm and a good cup of tea. In her off time she enjoys exploring new food spots and wine tasting. She is most easily distracted by her two year old cat, George, (who can often be seen creating chaos in the back of telehealth sessions) and her husband. Her happy place is watching movies with George and her husband in the fall wrapped up in a blanket. She has very nerdy interests outside of work and loves to play video games.

Holly Lundeen

Billing and Administrative Assistant

Holly was born and raised right here in the countryside of the PNW. In her free time, when she is not being a sports mom (aka a chauffer and coach to her kids), she has her hands full with taking care of her small family farm. She has too many interests and hobbies to keep track of, however she recently has been favoring her newest passion - archery. Her favorite season is whichever one allows her to bake endless yum-yums and curl up with a good book.

Toots

Emotional Support

Toots (AKA Tootsie) is a 5 year old Havapoo who accompanies M most days in the office. If you can't already tell by her eyes, she is a sensitive soul and can be a bit shy to new people. However, she warms up after a few sessions and will be eagerly greeting you before you know it. In her free time, Toots loves to go up to Mt. Hood and to run off leash (she is quite the sprinter!). She too is a foodie and her favorite foods include blueberries, pastrami, and Tillamook cheddar.
