My Approach

Trying to figure out how to take care of yourself and live a balance life can feel like an uphill battle. I will work with you on understanding what is causing difficulties in your life and how to approach these challenges. I am a HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned therapist and have specialized training in helping those who struggle with their relationship with food, body, & movement.

Our environment, biology, relationships, & experiences all contribute to our ability to function and feel good. With many of my clients, we discuss these factors & how they may make you feel anxious, stuck, or hopeless. It is important that you feel safe to discuss these personal parts. I am trained in various trauma approaches and will collaborate with you.

Finding the right therapeutic match is essential to getting your needs met. I am happy to consult with you to see if I am the right therapist for you. Should I not be the best fit, I may know of another provider or practice that I can refer to you. *Please note that my dog Tootsie is present for all in-office sessions
